Warranty Exclusions: (1 year warranty excludes the following)
- Damages caused due to prolonged use of the product – wear & tear of leather or fabric of the product.
- Assembled products not accepted for returns except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Returns on unassembled pieces accepted within 5 working days. Shipping costs to be borne by the buyer.

After using the chair for more than a week. Writing review.
1. Give time to the chair so that it can be set according to you.
2. Hand support is awesome which will be up and down.
3. Width of the chair is a little more but it’s good for a healthy person also.
4. Don’t expect too much softness on the cushion. It’s a little hard but after using a week, you will be used to it.
5. Neck support is awesome adjust as per your hight.
6. Back support is also good.
So overall it’s a good product .Just take some time with the chair, you will be happy. Maybe the first time you sit ..you will not feel comfortable but it will come as per the time.
I have assembled it in 35 to 40 mins.
You will get an instruction sheet with the product just read it as per the number and assemble it. It is easy you can do it your own.
